No banner, because there is nothing to consent to.

Why you were not asked
A cookie banner exists to get your consent for cookies you would not otherwise want — advertising, analytics, the ones that follow you between sites. This site sets none of those, so there is nothing to ask you about.
What it does set is listed below. Each one is there to make something work that you asked for.
The cookies this site sets
arbor_li_state, for ten minutes. Set only when you press “Continue with LinkedIn”. It carries a one-time value that proves the visitor coming back from LinkedIn is the one who left, and remembers which page to return you to.
arbor_li, for fifteen minutes. Set only after you come back from LinkedIn. It holds the name and email address LinkedIn gave us, so the booking form can fill itself in. Your browser cannot read it, and it grants nothing — it is a suggestion in a form.
Sign-in cookies on the admin pages. These belong to the people who run the site and are set by Supabase, our authentication provider, when they sign in. If you are not one of them you will never have one.
What it does not set
No advertising cookies. No analytics cookies. No tracking pixels, no fingerprinting, no third-party tags.
The site does load its typefaces from Google’s font service, which is a request rather than a cookie, but it does mean Google sees the address your browser asks from.
Clearing them
Every browser can show you the cookies a site has set and delete them, usually under privacy or site settings. Clearing ours costs you nothing: at worst the booking form asks you to type your name.
